« Des mots peuvent sauver des vies », avait pour habitude de dire Anna Politkovskaïa. Ils peuvent aussi malheureusement en condamner. Anna Politkovskaïa a été assassinée le 7 octobre 2006 à Moscou, alors qu’elle était sur le point de publier une nouvelle enquête sur la torture en Tchétchénie. Connue pour son opposition à la politique menée par Vladimir Poutine, malmenée depuis des années par les autorités de son pays, la journaliste a toujours fait acte de résistance, accomplissant ce qu’elle pensait être son devoir : rendre compte de la réalité du conflit tchétchène, dénoncer sans relâche les atteintes au droit et à la liberté commises par l’armée russe. Il faut se souvenir de cet esprit indépendant. Il faut célébrer son courage, l’acuité et la clairvoyance de ses points de vue. Assister au spectacle que présente actuellement Mireille Perrier au Lavoir Moderne Parisien est une belle façon de rendre hommage à cet être libre. Elaboré par Stefano Massini à partir d’écrits et de propos de la journaliste, Non rééducable est en effet une immersion poignante dans son existence. Une immersion qui se situe en dehors du théâtre, qui vaut avant tout pour la force du témoignage qu’elle impose à nos consciences.
Faire vivre la détermination d’une femme libre
Ainsi, la mise en jeu que signe Michèle Guigon aurait tout aussi bien pu se réduire à un face-à-face avec le public, à une adresse droite, directe, oubliant toute perspective de jeu. Le spectacle en aurait même, peut-être, encore gagné en intensité. Car les éclaircissements historiques que la journaliste nous fournit au sujet des relations russo-tchétchènes, ses prises de positions politiques, ses confessions de citoyenne menacée et harcelée, portent de façon immédiate et péremptoire. « Anna Politkovskaïa nous fait prendre la mesure d’un combat mené par une femme confrontée à la violence d’une société corrompue, assure Mireille Perrier. Créer Non rééducable, c’est faire vivre sa détermination, c’est poursuivre sa lutte pour la liberté d’opinion, c’est faire entendre sa voix. » Lorsqu’on demande à Lars Norén la raison pour laquelle il a intitulé l’une de ses pièces (écrite en 2006) A la mémoire d’Anna Politkovskaïa (alors que celle-ci ne se réfère en rien à l’existence de la journaliste), le dramaturge suédois répond : « Parce que j’aime cette femme ». Au sortir de cette représentation d’1h15 passée à écouter ses mots, à approfondir l’exigence de ses engagements, à envisager le couperet de son assassinat, on se prend nous aussi à l’aimer.
