Celle qui est également capable de monter des performances collectives pour cinquante participants trouve toujours dans ses solos la matière première de son écriture, le socle infaillible de ses recherches. Nos Solitudes, pièce bien nommée, pose solidement les bases d’une recherche sur le rapport du corps à la gravité. Exit la danse en apesanteur, la danse escalade, l’envol acrobatique… Ici, c’est un audacieux système de poids et de contrepoids qui propose une autre résolution, une autre échappée libre vers l’impossible suspension.
Seule sur ses appuis
Julie Nioche s’installe calmement dans cet espace quadrillé de câbles. Elle harnache ses membres, s’allonge au sol. Une horizontalité qu’elle va s’employer à déplacer à plusieurs mètres du sol. Point de grâce ni d’envol, au contraire. Ici l’effort est visible, la force est de mise pour s’arracher du sol, faire descendre et remonter la multitude de poids qui flottent autour d’elle. La chorégraphe propose un corps en tension, qui s’interroge sur sa posture de corps tenu et soutenu, maintenant dans un subtil jeu de forces l’état de flottement rêvé et sublimé. Isolée, séquestrée dans son dispositif, flirtant avec la chute, la danseuse n’aura jamais été aussi proche de la solitude, malgré la présence de son guitariste en bord de scène.
