Théâtre du Chêne Noir / texte et mes Dominique Ziegler
« Ombres sur Molière se veut un spectacle intemporel, une histoire emblématique sur la question de la liberté de parole artistique et sur son corollaire négatif, la censure politico-religieuse », déclare Dominique Ziegler. A la tête d’une troupe de six comédiens (qui interprètent dix personnages), l’auteur et metteur en scène revient sur la vie de Molière à travers une pièce contenant plusieurs histoires en une. L’histoire d’un auteur dont l’œuvre fait scandale, celle d’un homme aux prises avec ses problèmes personnels, celle d’un directeur de troupe, celle d’un roi ami des arts mais cédant aux pressions par calcul politique… Hommage rendu à l’une des grandes figures de l’histoire du théâtre, Ombres sur Molière célèbre l’artiste tout en éclairant la complexité de l’être humain. Une façon de chercher ce qui, dans les impulsions de Molière, dans ses fulgurances et ses renoncements, peut résonner en chacun d’entre nous.
