MUSIQUE SYMPHONIQUE / FRESNES ET SALLE PLEYEL
Les orchestres associatifs parisiens sont confrontés à de grandes difficultés financières, avec des baisses régulières de leurs subventions. Il n’empêche : ces formations continuent d’affirmer leur place dans le paysage musical de la capitale grâce à une programmation inventive, parfois plus originale que certains orchestres permanents… A quelques jours d’intervalle, il est possible d’entendre l’Orchestre Lamoureux à Fresnes et l’Orchestre Colonne à Pleyel. Le premier, sous la direction de Laurent Goosaert, fait la part belle à la musique sacrée (Litanies à la vierge noire de Poulenc et Stabat Mater de Rossini) – l’occasion d’apprécier le nouveau Chœur Lamoureux. En ouverture de concert figure une pièce contemporaine : le Poème pour grand orchestre de Laurent Petitgirard. C’est ce dernier que l’on retrouve ensuite comme chef d’orchestre à la tête de son Orchestre Colonne dans un programme destiné au jeune public. Sous le thème « Contes et légendes » sont réunies deux ouvertures (Guillaume Tell de Rossini et Le Freischütz de Weber) et un poème symphonique (le trop rarement donné Chasseur maudit de Franck).
