MC 93 / d’après Eschyle / mes Arnaud Churin et D’ de Kabal
Et s’il y avait avec ce hip-hop un retour de la parole tragique ? C’est le sentiment de D’de Kabal qui souhaite que son travail « réinvente ce rapport à l’adresse, à la parole publique, qui est dans le hip-hop mais aussi dans la tragédie ». Suite donc de la trilogie d’Eschyle avec le matricide vengeur d’Oreste et le jugement de son crime. Le texte est revisité mais pas modernisé, plutôt retravaillé dans son rythme et ses sonorités pour s’inscrire dans une veine hip-hop. Le chœur sera également présent, véritable orchestre vocal composé d’une quinzaine d’acteurs chanteurs venus de territoires artistiques différents. Un mélange original qui pose sur la justice patriarcale un regard acéré, en connexion étroite avec les problématiques d’aujourd’hui.
