Théâtre de la Manufacture / conception Cédric Paga et Camille Perrin
Deux clowns débarquent dans un espace où tous les sons sont amplifiés. Jusqu’au vertige. L’un est un bouffon tendre et cruel qui se pose des questions existentielles un brin tordues comme « Qui sommes-je ? », titre d’un de ses spectacles. L’autre est un « bouffeur de pâtes » devant l’éternel, chez qui tendresse et cruauté sont aussi emmêlés que sa tignasse. Dans Ouïe, le sens du son, Ludor Citrik (Cédric Paga) et Le Pollu (Camille Perrin) sont les héros d’un univers en chute libre, dont les bruits sont aussi exagérés que leurs réactions. Pour échapper au brouhaha, les deux hurluberlus se réfugient sur une scène de théâtre. Mais cet art n’est-il pas aussi exagération du réel ?
Pièce à quatre oreilles
Dans les écoutilles des clowns, le monde se révèle dans tous ses paradoxes. Dans tous ses contrastes. Au lieu de les subir, Ludor Citrik et Le Pollu cherchent à se les approprier. « Nous tentons dans cette création de réconcilier John Cage et Carlos (…). Nous essayons de mêler le bas de gamme et le haut du panier », expliquent les deux artistes qui les incarnent. Une manière pour eux de poétiser le vacarme. De s’y frayer un chemin où rêve et pensée sont encore possibles. Où l’on peut prendre le temps d’apprécier le grain d’une consonne comme celui d’une peau. Avec sensualité. Avec un amour du jeu qui l’emporte sur la compréhension.
