Une atmosphère surannée, un vieux canapé en cuir, des habits ternis par le temps… La carte postale aurait pu faire « cliché », mais c’est sans compter l’interprétation de Bérengère Fournier et Samuel Faccioli, qui donnent aux deux personnages de Oups une épaisseur troublante. Un homme et une femme comme étrangers à eux-mêmes : et pourtant, leur danse viendra troubler leurs solitudes, brisant l’intimité de chacun, presque par accident. Les gestes, simples, minimaux, efficaces, issus du quotidien, amusent et troublent par le décalage qu’ils produisent. On se touche les seins, les fesses, sans en avoir l’air, on s’embarque dans un tango par inadvertance.
De petites touches naïves en touchers francs
La minutie et la précision sont les maîtres mots de ce premier duo tout en délicatesse, en humour, et parfois en acrobatie. Réglée au millimètre, la chorégraphie laisse toutefois au spectateur de beaux moments de rêverie. On ne saura si ces deux êtres auront été au-delà de ce moment suspendu, de ce début d’aventure commune qui a le parfum des aventures de quai de gare. Même si Oups se suffit à lui-même, la deuxième partie Opus apporte quelques éléments de réponse à cette parenthèse poétique. Plus engagée, plus grave, comme une nouvelle facette de la compagnie à découvrir.
