Peut-on vraiment différencier le rêve de la réalité ? Tel est le point de départ de cette pièce écrite par Marien Tillet. Ce qui le fascine dans cette problématique, c’est « que nous ne pouvons être sûrs de rien. Quand nous rêvons que nous courons : nous courons. Notre cerveau dit la même chose que pendant l’éveil. Ce qui est fort c’est le vertige que l’on peut ressentir quand nous comprenons que nous perdons les repères et que plus rien n’est un étalon de la réalité ». Adepte d’une écriture « collective et globale » qui s’opère avec chaque intervenant artistique du projet mais aussi avec le public, Marien Tillet a donc concocté ce « thriller scientifique » où un jeune journaliste insomniaque intègre un programme médical de recherche pour « rêveurs lucides ». En s’appuyant sur la science, le spectacle vise à semer le doute dans l’esprit du public : qu’est-ce qui est vrai ? qu’est-ce qui est faux ? Ainsi se poursuivent les explorations de Marien Tillet dans le domaine de l’étrange, dans la lignée d’Après ce sera toi, sa précédente création.
