JAZZ / DYNAMO DE PANTIN
Tout d’abord, le projet de Joce Mienniel, où le flûtiste emprunte la thématique à un casting pour le moins divers, de Michel Portal à Björk, de Zappa à Lennie Tristano, pour recomposer son propre générique, Paris Short Stories, disque paru voici quatre ans sur son label Drugstore Malone. A la clef, un vrai regard original, onirique, au prisme d’une instrumentation rare puisque ses partenaires sont le trompettiste Aymeric Avice et le clarinettiste Sylvain Rifflet. Ensuite, un autre trio des plus insolites, tout aussi lié à la dynamique Dynamo de Pantin : le violoncelliste Vincent Courtois, associé aux deux saxophonistes Daniel Erdmann et Robin Fincker, y a créé voici cinq ans les Mediums. Leur curieuse poésie sonore rappelait les films de l’étrange, genre David Lynch… On ne sera donc guère surpris de les retrouver dans un programme inédit autour de certaines – connues ou non – bandes originales. Tout un programme.
