Théâtre des doms / d’après le roman de Lydie Salvaire / Adaptation et MES Denis Laujol
Parallèlement aux revirements de Georges Bernanos sur la Guerre d’Espagne, le roman de Lydie Salvaire primé en 2014 s’attachait notamment à suivre l’histoire de Montse, double de la mère de l’auteure, au milieu de la guerre d’Espagne en 1936. C’est avant tout cette deuxième partie que reprend l’adaptation de Denis Laujol, également metteur en scène de ce spectacle guidé donc par le récit haut-en-couleurs d’une femme arrivée au crépuscule de sa vie.
Un spectacle rock’n’roll et pictural
Montse a 90 ans et n’a plus rien à espérer ni à craindre de la vie. Sa parole est libre, désinhibée, mais aussi incertaine, car elle souffre de troubles de mémoire. Dans sa tête cependant résonne toujours clairement le vacarme de la guerre civile en 1936 qui la conduira à l’exil. Sur scène, Marie-Aurore d’Awans endosse en « fragnol », mélange de français et d’espagnol inventé par la mère de l’auteur, le récit d’un immense espoir qui se lève, même si l’on sait qu’il conduira à des décennies de malheur. Avec elle, Malena Sardi est à la guitare et à la composition d’un accompagnement live qui donne au spectacle une teinte plutôt rock’n’roll. « Une rage et une énergie qui sont mises en exergues par la musique » sur fond vidéo de réalisations de tableaux inspirés entre autres de Tapiez et Miro.
