THEATRE DU CHATELET / JAZZ
Parisien de longue date, le pianiste italien revient sur scène et au disque avec un nouveau répertoire né du silence et de la solitude imposés par la crise sanitaire. Composé au printemps 2020, Pensieri Isolati (Pensées isolées) fait résonner, en solo, les émotions et doutes du pianiste dans sa traversées de nos temps troublés. “Je me suis échappé de mon confinement d’un air conspirateur toutes les semaines, pour enregistrer un bout de ma solitude et le mettre de côté pour demain, lorsque le brouhaha du monde aura repris le dessus.” confie-t-il. Dans le prolongement du projet participatif lancé parallèlement sur son compte Instagram pendant cette période, où le public pouvait partager ses images, textes et vidéos, Mirabassi inaugure aujourd’hui une collaboration avec l’artiste visuel et performeur numérique Malo Lacroix, invité à s’emparer de ce matériel pour donner vie à un univers visuel poétique conçu pour entrer en résonance avec sa musique.
