Qui, dans cette histoire, est peuplé ? Qui est dépeuplé ? Le danseur, hanté par ses fantômes, ses états de corps sédimentés au fil des expériences… Ou le même, à la recherche du dépouillement ? A moins que ce ne soit la scène, habitée par une multitude de stèles, ou par les résonnances de la batterie et de la basse ? Le solo, créé par François Ben Aïm sous le regard complice de son frère Christian, aborde le cheminement intime d’un homme, en dialoguant avec la possibilité d’un abandon de soi. Une pièce en forme de passage, mais à la recherche d’une physicalité propre, pour un corps « en alerte » sur ses états de danse. La scénographie proposée par Camille Duchemin offre à François Ben Aïm un terrain de jeu bien particulier : les monolithes blancs rythment l’espace mais cachent bien des secrets, comme pour mieux pousser le corps dans ses retranchements, provoquer des fractures, et réveiller ses failles.
