Le festival « Paris, quartier d’été » propose l’une des œuvres les plus mythiques de Pierre Henry : « Dieu ». Créé en 1977 dans la salle de tribunal de simple police du Palais de Justice de Lille, le spectacle est repris cet été dans une version entièrement nouvelle. Cette partition se base sur le poème « Dieu » de Victor Hugo, et en offre un contrepoint d’une modernité saisissante. C’est le comédien Jean-Paul Farré, fondateur de la « Compagnie des Claviers », qui incarne le texte. Ce dernier ne se contente pas de le réciter, il le chante, le danse, le mime… Une performance totale, en adéquation avec la musique irréelle et onirique de Pierre Henry. L’intérêt du spectacle tient également à son cadre. Les spectateurs sont en effet conviés au domicile de Pierre Henry, transformé pour l’occasion en un véritable laboratoire sonore. La musique y est spatialisée dans les différentes pièces ! Une expérience à ne pas rater.
