Pierre-Marie Paturel est l’héritier du savoir du prestidigitateur Georges André, alias Mister Jo. Au plateau, le disciple se remémore en mouvement, en voix et en musique, les routines et les manipulations transmises par son maître, en les transformant pour mieux se les réapproprier. Les gestes magiques sont convoqués pour sculpter l’espace et distordre le temps. Les sons extérieurs, comme les échos des voix intérieures, viennent percuter l’absence, habiter le silence et emplir le vide. La comédienne Hélène Tisserand (également à la mise en scène) et le musicien Michel Deltruc accompagnent Pierre-Marie Paturel dans son parcours à travers l’espace et le temps. Ensemble, ils créent leur propre langage, leur propre rythme, leur propre histoire. Ils embarquent le spectateur dans un voyage infini, de la maîtrise du magicien à l’intimité de l’homme.
