« Où est la frontière entre le théâtre et le cirque ? », questionne Phil Soltanoff. Peu importe la terminologie, un spectacle est un spectacle. Le cirque pour les techniques, les accessoires et les agrès, la danse pour le corps, le théâtre pour la mise en scène… Tous ces lieux communs ont été brassés par Aurélien Bory et les circassiens de la compagnie 111, tous auteurs à part entière de ce spectacle. Au centre de leur démarche : une attention particulière portée au jonglage et à l’acrobatie, dans l’idée de confronter les corps à des espaces modifiés et à un tout autre rapport à la gravité. La scénographie prend donc une dimension capitale, composée d’un plan mobile à souhait, détournant l’horizontalité d’une terre ferme au profit d’une inclinaison, inclination au rêve porteuse d’une nouvelle dimension poétique. Dans ce monde à part, les drôles de personnages qui luttent pour retrouver leurs marques ne sont pas sans rappeler ceux d’un Nadj, pris entre manipulation des corps, des objets et de l’espace.
