Pillés, machouillés, raboutés, racolés… Les mots semblent surgir depuis les bas-fonds, s’agglutinent dans une sorte de créole des miséreux et des laissés-pour-compte, se propagent en un râle immense, infini, qui met la langue en furie. Dans Progénitures (2000), l’écrivain Pierre Guyotat culbute la syntaxe et tisse au fil de dialogues incessants une vaste fiction, domestique, épique ou métaphysique, autour des fonctions les plus physiologiques de la vie : manger, baiser, mourir. Chez lui, l’écriture porte toujours la trace d’une rébellion où s’enlacent comique et tragique. « Ce texte vous prend entièrement et il faut être mûr pour porter une telle œuvre. L’ampleur de sa beauté, de sa cruauté et de son humour m’en donne le courage. » raconte Tal Beit Halachmi, qui entreprend d’adapter à la scène cette œuvre-monstre. Fauchant sa matière dans les quelque huit cents pages de l’ouvrage, la danseuse et chorégraphe israélienne a composé un solo où le corps danse au plus intime suivant le rythme de cette parole organique, biologique, outrancièrement sexuée. Encagée dans une structure métallique qui rappelle les sculptures de Louise Bourgeois, elle libère les bruits de la chair heurtée par la violence du monde.
