MUSIQUE DE CHAMBRE / NOGENT SUR MARNE
Plus de dix ans déjà que David Grimal et ses amis musiciens se sont lancés dans l’aventure des Dissonances, orchestre autogéré, jouant sans chef et comme un seul homme. Parallèlement à ses projets symphoniques, les Dissonances se présentent aussi régulièrement en formule chambriste. Sous l’appellation, modeste à première vue, de « Quatuor Les Dissonances », sont réunis quatre instrumentistes d’exception : David Grimal au poste de Premier violon, secondé par l’allemand Hans Peter Hofmann, David Gaillard à l’alto (par ailleurs soliste à l’Orchestre de Paris) et enfin l’un de nos plus grands violoncellistes français qui suscita l’admiration de Rostropovitch en personne, Xavier Phillips. Ces quatre-là se penchent sur les deux derniers quatuors de Schubert, les n°14 « La jeune fille et la mort » et n°15. Deux voyages vers les sommets. Signalons aussi au passage le concert (malheureusement déjà complet) de David Grimal et Mathieu Dupouy au piano, le 8 février à 20h30 à la Philharmonie 2, consacré aux Sonates palatines (Kurfürstin Sonaten) pour violon et piano KV301-306 de Mozart. Ce concert aura la particularité d’être joué sur deux instruments issus des collections du Musée de la Musique : le Stradivarius « Davidoff » de 1708 (récemment restauré) et un piano Gräbner de 1791.
