Quel est l’enfoiré qui a commencé le premier ?, pièce du jeune auteur macédonien Dejan Dukovski, oscille entre farce et tragique, grotesque et bouffonnerie. Composée de sept courtes scènes numérotées en cercles en référence à ceux qui topographient L’Enfer de Dante, la pièce universalise et transfigure les drames vécus dans les Balkans. Citant Shakespeare, Goethe, Tchekhov, Wedekind, Beckett tout en s’enracinant dans le concret de situations issues de l’éclatement apocalyptique de son pays d’origine, Dejan Dukovski ose un théâtre dépourvu de consolation où les personnages oscillent entre désespoir, violence et suicide. Offrant quinze rôles différents et la possibilité d’un chœur, la pièce est apparue idéale à Stuart Seide pour préparer ses élèves à leurs premiers feux de la rampe. Occasion de découvrir le théâtre des Balkans et peut-être certains phares de la scène française de demain, ce spectacle apparaît donc comme un rendez-vous incontournable pour tous ceux pour qui le théâtre est un lieu d’innovation, d’ouverture, de curiosité et d’accueil !
