Souhaitant travailler sur l’humain et partant du constat qu’une vie d’homme n’est pas linéaire mais une juxtaposition d’événements, une succession « de morceaux, d’étapes, de strates, de renaissances et de petites morts », Paola Comis et Sandrine Lanno ont conçu “Question : où nagent les grands mères” comme un spectacle patchwork. Un spectacle qui repose sur une écriture de fragments et se laisse aller à des coq-à-l’âne volontaires, à un bric-à-brac de réminiscences hétéroclites dans lequel chacun tracera son propre chemin. S’inspirant d’un texte de Max Frisch constitué d’un long questionnaire explorant le thème de l’identité, Paola Comis a demandé à ses partenaires de jeu, mais aussi à des inconnus, d’élaborer un canevas de questions ayant trait à leur construction personnelle. Pour cette nouvelle plongée dans les zones de l’intime, la comédienne et metteur en scène s’est appuyée sur une démarche d’écriture plurielle composée à la fois de mots, de musiques, de sons, d’images…
