Caroline Siméon et Rocco Le Flem de la compagnie Krilati créent Racines, un troisième spectacle à l’Académie Fratellini. Une façon de raconter comment quatre personnages se rencontrent et se croisent autour d’un arbre de plus de six mètres, repère naturel hautement symbolique, lieu de passage et lieu d’exil. Quand on est artiste de cirque itinérant, il fait bon se poser à l’ombre d’un chêne ou autre feuillu, histoire de faire taire un peu le mouvement. On peut aussi faire le silence dans sa tête, et le rêve s’installe à travers la forme du cirque, du théâtre et de la danse. Deux partenaires, Fred Escurat et Valentin Bellot, s’ajoutent à l’équipe pour tourner autour de l’arbre ancestral et enraciné, malmené par le temps et par la nature, ses vents et ses bourrasques. Nous ne voyons pas les racines de l’arbre, à la manière invisible et présente de notre propre inconscient. L’humour donne à volonté sa note d’espoir à cette envie de tracer son chemin dans le ciel. Une belle rage de vivre.
