Nés d’un père tunisien et d’une mère belge, Ali et Hédi Thabet ont, sur les voies de la danse et du cirque, toujours suivi des chemins parallèles. Il y a quelque temps, le duo Ali était déjà un clin d’œil d’Hédi à son frère. Aujourd’hui, s’ils se retrouvent, c’est dans un environnement musical témoin de la culture soufie tunisienne, portée par Sofyann Ben Yousseff et ses quatre musiciens sur scène. Au cœur de ce tissu sonore, les trois personnages imaginés par les chorégraphes incarnent la folie, la raison et la mort. Réunis dans une interaction entre la voix, l’architecture rythmique et la gestuelle, les trois corps jouent dans une circulation incessante et une physicalité revendiquée. Une façon, comme peut y conduire la musique, d’atteindre un état émotionnel intense et profond.
