Avec cette pièce inspirée de l’œuvre de Robert Schneider, le chorégraphe Farid Ounchiouène raconte l’histoire de Sad, un irakien clandestin vendeur de roses. A travers ce parcours, qui est le récit d’une immigration, le spectacle aborde les thématiques de l’exil, du déracinement, de l’exclusion, de l’intégration… Quatre danseurs, une table et quelques roses pour exprimer ce qui ressort parfois de l’indicible. Chacun, à sa façon, incarne la figure de Sad, endossant la souffrance, la révolte ou les préjugés. Le texte initial prend une part importante dans la pièce, de même que la présence du chorégraphe, imposante par son interprétation. La danse hip hop n’est pas l’essentiel du spectacle, mais il en reste l’esprit d’engagement, dans le corps comme dans l’esprit, qui fait de Saleté une œuvre percutante et perturbante.
