Sur fond de projection d’épitaphes iconoclastes et gaillardes, le Suisse à la voix de crooner propose un joli florilège du meilleur de lui-même, alliant, avec un art consommé du contraste, décence et insolence, tendresse et colère, ironie et humour. Sarcloret (qu’on n’appelle plus Sarclo depuis que la quasi-homophonie risque de le confondre avec le Président de la République française) trimballe une gouaille sympathique entre poésie et blagues potaches, égratigne les cons et les mesquins avec une santé jubilatoire et un sens de la saillie dont cet hétérosexuel affirmé et militant sait bien qu’elle n’est vraiment efficace que lorsqu’elle est mâtinée de tendresse… Il y a une indéniable élégance chez ce pince-sans-rire qui raille les chanteurs morts, dénoncent ses contemporains xénophobes et rappelle aux machos que les « gonzesses » ont le droit de n’être « pas d’accord ». Sous les airs de cynique désabusé du bonhomme se révèle l’ardeur des vraies belles colères et des francs coups de gueule. Dans les chansons de Sarcloret, l’amour se dit, l’amour se fait, sans mièvrerie, sans affèteries romanesques mais avec une authenticité et une humanité bourrue qui font merveille. A voir et à entendre absolument !
