Théâtre du Rond-Point/ de Denis Podalydès/ mes et jeu Scali Delpeyrat
Au-delà du témoignage et du portrait d’artiste, le spectacle poétique et coloré s’adresse « autant aux amoureux du théâtre qu’aux amoureux de la vie ». Animé par cette conviction, le comédien et auteur Scali Delpeyrat porte sur les planches ces Scènes de la vie d’acteur inspirées à Denis Podalydès par son vécu. Les récits de la vie quotidienne du comédien, coups de projecteur sur les grandeurs et les misères d’un artisan dans l’exercice de son art, valent essentiellement, aux yeux de celui qui a choisi de les mettre en scène, parce qu’ils éclairent le rapport de l’humanité au travail. « Non le travail subi » note Scali Delpeyrat, « mais celui qui remplit notre vie, nous obsède ou nous transcende, nous dévaste ou nous sublime. Et dans le fond, je dirais que Scènes sur la vie d’acteur est un spectacle sur le manque de confiance en tant que préalable à toute création. C’est là que la pièce, je l’espère, dévoile toute sa charge existentielle ». Organisée autour du thème de la représentation, la scénographie joue des différents espaces habités par l’acteur : coulisses, plateau, loge, corbeille. A ce jeu de variations répond l’exploration des différentes modalités d’adresse au public offertes au comédien. Une performance sensible sur l’ordinaire extraordinaire – à moins que ce ne soit l’inverse – de la vie d’acteur.
