Trop peu aimées par le père, sorte d’ogre fantomatique auquel elles ressemblent trop, trop seules, trop intelligentes peut-être et trop inventives pour se contenter des divertissements enfantins, Clémence et Marie ont fait de leur relation et de leurs corps respectifs les terrains d’exploration d’un jeu pervers où les mots se font les armes sadiques d’un sacrifice mutuel dont elles sont à la fois l’instrument et le martyre. On pense évidemment à la Solange et à la Claire des Bonnes dont Genet disait « tous les soirs elles se masturbent et déchargent en vrac l’une dans l’autre leur haine l’une contre l’autre ». En effet, comme chez Genet, les deux personnages qu’invente Pierre Notte trouvent en l’autre les conditions de leur aliénation et l’occasion de leur jouissance vicieuse, et poussent la gémellité jusqu’à l’indéfectibilité siamoise, composant ensemble une hydre bicéphale condamnée au suicide par la décapitation de la sœur imposée, à la fois maudite et adorée.
Vortex des affects
La mise en scène joue de ce monstre, dont les deux têtes n’ont de cesse d’inventer des tortures nouvelles pour leurs corps enchevêtrés, en faisant tourner les deux comédiennes autour d’un tabouret. Tour à tour debout et assises, arborant les lunettes de la dominatrice ou l’air contrit de la masochiste jouissant du génie sororal à concevoir des défis, des gages et des punitions délicieusement douloureuses, Caroline Marchetti et Flavie Fontaine tourbillonnent dans cette spirale des égarements de plus en plus rapide et de plus en plus meurtrière, au point de n’atteindre le calme que dans l’œil du cyclone, au moment de la proximité la plus grande avec l’anéantissement. Lahcen Razzougui signe une mise en scène énergique et enlevée, quasi chorégraphique. La Bohême, minuscule salle de la cave des Déchargeurs, sert de cadre à ce déchaînement de haine et l’exiguïté du lieu appuie assez habilement l’effet d’oppression que provoque ce maelström. Les deux comédiennes font preuve d’un solide talent et composent un duo équilibré et joliment efficace.
