Théâtre des Sources / d’après William Shakespeare / mes Jeanne Roth et Edouard Signolet
Créée par Jeanne Roth en 2003, la compagnie Opéra.3 place l’art lyrique au cœur de ses créations. Dans le cadre du 16ème Festival des musiques de Fontenay-aux-Roses, le collectif francilien présente Shakespeare Notes au Théâtre des Sources. Un spectacle-puzzle qui revisite différentes pièces de William Shakespeare à travers des musiques d’opéras composées par Hector Berlioz, Charles Gounod, Richard d’Ivry, Paul Puget et Ambroise Thomas. « Le choix des extraits d’opéras français du XIXème siècle adaptés de Shakespeare, mis en œuvre de façon légère avec deux accordéons, fait référence à la forme des spectacles de tréteaux », expliquent Jeanne Roth et Edouard Signolet, qui cosignent la mise en scène et l’adaptation du spectacle. Imaginant les déboires et les désordres d’une troupe qui souhaite porter à la scène les destins malheureux de Pyrame et Thisbé, Shakespeare Notes passe de la tragédie à la comédie burlesque. Une comédie pour deux chanteurs (Ainhoa Zuazua, Rémy Poulakis), deux comédiens (Karine Texier, Nicolas Gaudart) et deux accordéonistes (Elodie Soulard, Pierre Cussac).
