La pièce est un acte unique pour quatre comédiennes qui traite d’anorexie. Claire est une jeune fille qui décide de ne jamais grandir. La mise en scène plonge le spectateur dans l’intimité de celle qui souffre, « une petite fille qui ne veut pas se faire regarder » entre peurs et obsessions. C’est que le conflit est permanent et épuisant pour elle, entre le corps et le rituel quotidien de son effacement. Aux côtés de Claire, se tiennent trois personnages étranges, les Indifférenciés : ils sont tour à tour, les voix intérieures du personnage féminin ou bien le père et la mère, la cousine envahissante ou bien la grand-mère disparue. Des cauchemars jalonnent ce parcours difficile et hanté entre l’ombre féminine et le pèse-personne. La pièce destinée à tous n’a nulle prétention salvatrice, elle espère donner une clef pour comprendre cet espace mental habituellement fermé et silencieux. En effet, le théâtre – ouverture et éloquence – est l’une des possibilités de salut et de liberté retrouvée.
