Soirée de gala (forever and ever)
Les absents bruissent étrangement ce soir, dans ce music hall accroché au bord de la mer. La guerre a fini par s’éteindre, abandonnant sur la grève du souvenir les maux brûlés et les ombres inquiètes. C’est une soirée de gala en l’honneur des disparus. Cœurs perdus, gens de peu, gueules cassées et excentriques se retrouvent le temps d’une nuit, pour partager, dans l’excitation des rencontres, l’extraordinaire bonheur d’être ensemble et d’exister. Et les femmes mènent la danse ! Pour cette Soirée de gala (forever and ever), Gilles Defacque retrouve l’équipe de Mignon palace, qui fit son succès ces dernières années. Clown comédien et inversement, il fouille dans ses malles des images à lui, du monde de son enfance, qu’il colle sur l’actualité pour composer un drôle de poème, où hier embrasse demain. Avec une bande d’acteurs et de circassiens, qui taillent leurs personnages à même la peau, et l’Orchestre de Tire-Laine mené par Arnaud Van Lancker, Gilles Defacque propose « un cirque halluciné, tendre et désespéré à la fois »…
