Principe de contagion émotionnelle et d’empathie avec son bourreau ou son geôlier, le syndrome de Stockholm sert de thème au premier spectacle du collectif Denisyak, composé d’Erwan Daouphars, Solenn Denis et Faustine Tournan. Créateurs et interprètes de cette performance qui « part à l’abordage de l’horreur », ils « exhument ce qu’il reste d’humain au milieu du terrible ». Proches du théâtre total d’Angelica Liddell, de Vincent Macaigne ou de Rodrigo Garcia, ces jeunes artistes adoptent néanmoins un parti pris intimiste en enfermant le drame dans une boîte noire : « le dispositif scénographique, dans lequel le spectateur devient à la fois proie et voyeur, ne fait qu’aiguiser sa puissance hypnotique et angoissante ». Le texte de Solenn Denis entend déjouer le manichéisme et la morale et installe la réflexion dans le trouble de la limite entre le bien et le mal, où se tiennent les personnages, Solveig et Franz, otages d’une terrifiante dialectique des affects.
