Dans une ambiance qui tient à la fois du film d’espionnage et de la féerie, Marcia Barcellos et Karl Biscuit, les deux chorégraphes de Système Castafiore, décrivent une quête étrange, à la limite de l’effrayant : à l’approche de la « zone » autour de laquelle les personnages rôdent, les repères réels s’estompent. Les corps des personnages – interprétés par trois danseurs, présents à la fois sur le plateau et dans les images projetées – procèdent d’une écriture du costume, du masque, des prothèses et des accessoires. L’espace, fragmenté, échappe à toute compréhension rationnelle. C’est un spectacle hors normes qui se déploie, dans l’écrin d’un décor réalisé en images de synthèse : pour cette danse qui, chose rare, ne rechigne pas à jouer sur les codes des réalités virtuelles, la technologie est un mode poétique, qui unit l’humour et la métaphysique.
