« Que la fête explose au grand jour : les masques grimacent déjà – c’est jour de drame, c’est jour de fête ». Cet extrait des propos tenus par l’Adolescente, héroïne de ce drame contemporain imaginé par Marianne Oestreicher-Jourdain, peut tenir lieu de métaphore de Tapage dans la prison d’une reine obscure. « Qui n’a eu à connaître, de près ou de loin, les remous, les dévastations d’une relation entre une mère et sa fille, entre une fille et sa mère ? » interroge Didier Perrier, le metteur en scène et directeur de la Compagnie l’Echappée à l’origine de la création de la pièce. Une scénographie architecturale, un décor au scalpel, une lumière sépulcrale faisant surgir les corps comme des ténèbres du non-dit, une bande son en forme de voyage dans le temps servent le propos dramatique qui, dans sa profondeur et sa puissance cathartique, puise aux sources de la tragédie antique. Et « si ‘tapage’ se rapprochait de ‘ravage’, rencontré sous la plume de Jacques Lacan pour qualifier le rapport d’une femme à sa mère ? » demande Didier Perrier.
