Les fées se sont visiblement penchées sur son berceau et, parmi elles, évidemment, sa mère, la chanteuse classique Caroline Casadesus (elle-même fille du chef d’orchestre Jean-Claude Casadesus) : Thomas Enhco a enregistré son premier album à 14 ans, intégré deux ans plus tard le CNSM de Paris en Jazz et Musiques Improvisées, s’en est fait renvoyer à 18 ans, avant de remporter le 3ème prix du Concours international de piano jazz Martial Solal et le Django d’Or 2010 « Nouveau Talent ». Et la belle histoire continue : après avoir tourné dans le monde entier suite au succès formidable de son précédent album en trio (« Fireflies », chez Label Bleu) paru en 2012, il est engagé aujourd’hui dans l’aventure d‘un solo intégral entièrement inspiré par les joies et tourments de l’amour, traitant le piano comme une « matière magique et malléable ». Un jazzman heureux.
