Les compagnies du Monte Charge et du Théâtre National Tuong Vietnam sont jumelées depuis 2008. Elles ont conçu une héroïne tragique aux couleurs de l’Asie. Ti An ne désire que le bonheur, la paix et l’amour entre les hommes, elle fait référence à la femme vietnamienne d’aujourd’hui, à la fois légère et candide, sage et mature, porteuse encore d’une histoire qui la rend lucide dans ses choix pragmatiques. Cette création artistique mixte travaille au bon passage de l’espérance et des valeurs humanistes d’un continent à l’autre, du passé au présent et à un futur tout proche, l’occasion d’un partage culturel singulier dans la convivialité. C’est l’art de communiquer au public le plaisir d’être différent à travers la musicalité enchanteresse d’une langue étrangère. Sur scène, évoluent six comédiens, français et vietnamiens avec masques, costumes traditionnels et soieries, sous la musique d’un monocorde et de percussions. Antigone ne lutte pas contre les dieux mais contre l’obscurantisme et le pouvoir tyrannique des mâles. Une cause d’actualité.
