THÉÂTRE DES BOUFFES DU NORD / THÉÂTRE MUSICAL
Dans ce spectacle où fusionnent la musique et le théâtre, le metteur en scène Benjamin Lazar invite le public « dans l’intimité de Violetta à voir de tout près le feu auquel elle se livre, parmi les convives de cette fête musicale et fantasmagorique où se mêlent théâtre et opéra, voix parlées et voix chantées… » Pour incarner la courtisane qui inspira Dumas fils et Verdi : Judith Chemla, l’une des comédiennes les plus douées de sa génération. Que ce soit dans Célimène lorsqu’elle était à la Comédie-Française, dans le film Camille redouble ou plus récemment dans L’Annonce faite à Marie, chacune de ses prestations est marquante. Aux Bouffes du Nord, tour à tour frémissante, ironique, délicate, fatale, elle est une Violetta fascinante dont on découvre la voix de soprano (travaillée pendant plusieurs années au conservatoire d’Aubervilliers). Un moment de grâce.
