L’un porte la chemisette replète gentiment boutonnée et la mèche bien gominée. L’autre flotte au vent de l’existence et rayonne tout sourire, tenant en laisse un turbulent compagnon : un caisson de bois qui aboie silencieusement et qu’il ne cesse de gourmander… Serrés côte à côte sur un petit banc rouge flambant, solidaires dans l’assise et la tête ailleurs, ils attentent, tranquillement. Le premier extrait de son cartable une jolie pomme de discorde qu’il astique avec soin et entend bien croquer pour son goûter. Evidemment le second entend bien lui aussi mordre dans le fruit défendu. « Allez ! Tu viens ! Oui ! Voilà ! C’est ça ! » répète-t-il en boucle à son chien invisible, comme pour faire diversion… avant l’attaque. « Ce projet, c’est la rencontre de deux personnes, différentes l’une de l’autre, dans les caractères, les personnalités et même dans la jongle. Elle n’était pas évidente. Elle s’est faite, comme une amitié se fait, tout simplement, par l’humain, par la jongle. » racontent Jérémy Olivier et Thomas Lafitte, tout deux clowns et jongleurs toulousains. Entre le timide taciturne un peu vétilleux et le bienheureux jovial carrément lunaire s’engage un échange malin qui vire à la partie de jonglage de balles et de pomme, sous arbitrage canin. Entre eux, les objets fusent, et le rire aussi.
