Dans cette pièce nourrie de documentaires et de témoignages, Françoise Bloch et son équipe questionnent le monde du travail, et singulièrement celui très codifié et cadencé du télémarketing, régi par des objectifs de vente rigoureusement planifiés. Précarisés, formatés, ces salariés changent souvent de prénom et se remplacent très facilement… La pièce se fonde sur l’expérience vécue d’un des acteurs, Pierrick De Luca, qui joue son propre rôle de travailleur dans un centre d’appels. Françoise Bloch crée avec humour un portrait fragmenté de cet univers, un collage kaléidoscopique où la vidéo fonctionne comme un contrepoint, un point de vue détournant le sens. Quatre comédiens donnent à voir cette course à la rentabilité illimitée et encadrée de A à Z, confrontant l’être humain à un système, et posant la question brûlante des valeurs aujourd’hui attachées au travail.
