CREATION MARS 2018 / Région / Les Hivernales / Chor. Christophe Béranger et Jonathan Pranlas Descours
Christophe Béranger a dansé pendant vingt ans au Ballet de Lorraine avant d’y être nommé coordinateur artistique. Jonathan Pranlas-Descours a suivi une formation en arts plastiques, rejoint P.A.R.T.S, puis été l’interprète de troupes belges, allemandes et françaises. Ensemble ils ont fondé à La Rochelle la compagnie Sine Qua Non Art en 2012. Pour leur cinquième création, Versus, ils imaginent un solo pour deux interprètes installés sur un espace en rotation à 360°. Séparés par une œuvre du plasticien Etienne Rey qui fragmente la lumière « en une cinématique de couleurs », les deux danseurs et leurs gestes se dévoilent ainsi au public dans un jeu perpétuel d’apparition – disparition. La partition musicale quant à elle est confiée à un duo étonnant unissant un chanteur baroque et un compositeur électro.
