Le Carreau du Temple / Chor. Yves Mwamba
Voix intérieures est un cocktail explosif. Il réunit un danseur, Yves Mwamba, un musicien, Pytshens Kambilo, une militante activiste, Rébecca Kabugho, tous trois congolais. Ensemble, ils racontent leur pays, meurtri par la guerre, la dictature, la corruption et les cris d’une jeunesse engagée. Ils font entendre leurs voix et celle de Luc Nkulula, activiste également, rencontré au début de cette création, assassiné depuis. Dans cette pièce qui associe à la danse la musique et la parole, la chorégraphie reste l’élément moteur. Elle fait appel au krump, au hip-hop et à la danse traditionnelle, pour porter l’esprit de la lutte et de la révolte. Le sculpteur congolais Freddy Tsimba, déjà remarqué pour ses œuvres composées de douilles ramassées sur les théâtres de conflits et patiemment soudées, signe la scénographie de ce spectacle à forte teneur politique, véritable manifeste contre l’horreur absurde du monde.
