« Comment font les gens ? » : comment continuer à marcher, respirer et jouir dans un monde qui arraisonne l’humain entre grilles indiciaires, courbes inflationnistes ou dépressives et autres dispositifs d’aliénation et de normalisation ? Jean-Charles Massera, produisant un discours critique sur les dispositifs contemporains de domination et de frustration idéologique, symbolique et matérielle, tâche en même temps de comprendre quelles sont les stratégies de résistance d’ores et déjà mises en place. Car les dominés « même écrasés, bricolent des réponses », comme le dit Benoît Lambert qui propose avec ce spectacle une plongée dans l’univers esthétique et conceptuel de Massera et compose ainsi « une petite leçon d’économie politique à l’usage de tous ». L’ironie et l’humour permettent de déplacer le questionnement sans évacuer son objet ni relativiser son urgence et de fourbir les armes intellectuelles d’une « guérilla burlesque et dévastatrice » qui interroge « notre capacité intime à nous ressaisir des cadres imposés de nos existences », enjeu anthropologique, philosophique et existentiel majeur en ces temps de mise à mal des subjectivités et du vivre-ensemble.
