11 Gilgamesh Belleville / D’après le roman de Mathias Enard / MES Marilyn Leray et Marc Tsypkine
Road story, récit d’espionnage, roman géopolitique et poétique tout à la fois, Zone écrit par Matias Enard, prix Goncourt 2015, raconte le trajet d’un ancien agent secret sur le parcours ferroviaire qui relie Milan à Rome. Ce roman fleuve et labyrinthique construit d’une seule phrase, est porté à la scène par Marylin Leray et Mark Tsypkine, comédienne et vidéaste de la compagnie LTK Production, sous la forme d’un travail mêlant théâtre, images et sons.
Une investigation journalistico-judiciaire
Dans ce train, Francis Servain Mirkovic repasse le film de sa vie d’agent secret où s’invitent l’Histoire, la mythologie, la littérature et, bien sûr, les guerres du pourtour méditerranéen. Conflits des Balkans, deuxième guerre mondiale et déchirement de l’ex-Yougoslavie peuplent de fantômes et de coups tordus ce roman qui devient littéralement l’objet de la pièce. Pas de mise en fiction, en effet mais devant un vaste écran aux images « d’un parti-pris plutôt esthétique que réaliste », ils sont quatre à partir sur les traces du personnage de ce roman. Une véritable expérience de plateau qui croise les disciplines et les supports, prend la forme d’une investigation journalistico-judiciaire et raconte en même temps qu’il les fabrique les médiums du processus d’enquête.
